Setra FLEX room pressure monitor
An environmental room monitor and controller with a 7-inch touch screen that shows differential pressure, temperature, humidity, air change rate and two user-defined values for each room, with BACnet to the BMS.
Setra FLEX is a room pressure monitor and controller made by Setra Systems for isolation rooms, operating theatres, pharmacies and laboratories. It monitors 6 parameters per room on a 7-inch glove-friendly touch screen, alarms locally, and connects to the BMS over BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP. FAQ
Does Setra FLEX monitor only pressure?
No. Setra FLEX monitors 6 parameters per room: differential pressure, temperature, humidity, air change rate and two user-defined values, each with its own alarm limits.
What is the difference between FLEX-RM and FLEX-RC?
FLEX-RM is the room monitor version. FLEX-RC adds control: PI loops or network control of VAV boxes, venturi valves or reheat valves to hold the room at its setpoint.
Does Setra FLEX connect to the BMS?
Yes. FLEX supports BACnet/IP and BACnet MS/TP and is BTL-compliant, so all room values and alarms are available on the BMS.
Can Setra FLEX be installed in thin walls?
Yes. With the remote pressure sensor mounted above the ceiling, FLEX fits wall depths of 50 mm.
